LOCATION

Tartare café + wine bar is located on Lower Dominick Street, walking distance from the main Garda Station on Mill Street.

If driving: from Galway City Train Station (Eyre Square) take the dock road down to Jury’s Hotel (one way system) and turn right after crossing the Wolfe Tone Bridge. At the next intersection (50m) turn right. This will bring you on to Lower Dominick Street. Tartare is located on the right, towards the end of the street.

If walking: from Galway City Train Station (Eyre Square) walk down Shop Street (the city’s main thoroughfare), taking a right on Mainguard Street. Continue straight (100m), crossing O’Brien’s Bridge. The Historic Bridge Mills building will be on your left. Turn left on to Lower Dominick Street. Tartare is located on the left, towards the top of the Street.

PARKING

There is on-street meter parking available on Lower Dominick Street. The nearest car park is Mill Street, which is located 3 mins walk from Tartare. Parking is free of charge in this car park from 6.30pm to 8.30am.
